Torras Coolify Wearable Neck Fan Comes With Built-in Air Conditioner

The need for a wearable cooling device has skyrocketed recently as people want to go out and enjoy the sun without being fried by it. The Torras Coolify is definitely a neck fan that can blow a gust of wind to your face, evaporating sweat and making it cool.

But it actually can do more than that. On the backside of the device, there is a pad that is always in contact with the neck. This pad features the Ku Peltier Radiator which can lower its temperature to 18°F or 10°C.
